Who you are
- Experience in SMB / MM SaaS sales, ideally in HR-tech/ Ed-tech
- 1+ year Account Executive experience with a history of overachievement
- Proven track record of 360 selling using a variety of outbound approaches
Desirable
- Experience working with CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce
- Experience with sales tools like Sales Nav, Apollo and other prospecting tools
What the job involves
- We are bringing micro-learning to the workplace and our customers now range from the Fortune 100, Tech Unicorns through to rapidly growing scale ups . We've been experiencing rapid international revenue growth in the last year, and are now looking for someone to come in and take the 5Mins platform into as many organisations as possible
- The role will work closely with our senior sales team (previously sales leaders at GoCardless and Perkbox) to:
- Identify high fit prospects and outbound directly and in tandem with your SDR to book meetings with key decision makers
- Plan and lead discovery meetings, demos, pilots and negotiations through to contract signature
- Manage your own calendar staying on top of prospecting and pipeline simultaneously
- Work closely with CSM team to ensure all client needs are met and handovers are seamless
- Work with Product team to feed back on client requests and evolve the roadmap
