🚀 Your opportunity
Luminovo is experiencing strong growth and will be surpassing the 100 employee mark in 2026. We need a capable finance and revenue data analysis leader.
As our (Senior) Finance & Revenue Analytics Manager, you lead our lean Finance team, keep a keen eye on all teams’ financial performance, and build up and stay very close to all (also non-financial) performance metrics across all teams.
You are the financial and analytical sparring partner to a dozen team leads, and enhance company leadership decision-making through your analysis and commentary.
🎯 Your performance objectives
-
Establish a scalable Finance backbone (first 6–9 months)
Evolve the current "lean" finance operations to handle the complexity of a 100+ person organization. This includes doubling down on and extending our already working automations, implementing more sophisticated and team-specific forecasting models, and swiftly operate in and consolidate numbers across two separate entities (GmbH and Inc.).
Owning and continuously improving forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across Revenue (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), Product & Engineering, and Operations
Creating clarity and alignment between financial results and operational drivers (pipeline, conversion, retention, expansion, productivity)
Ensure that both entities monthly closings consolidate in a timely fashion, and advance and develop reporting and management dashboards trusted by leadership
Success looks like: Leadership can confidently use finance and revenue data for planning, hiring, and investment decisions without manual follow-ups or data reconciliation.
-
Build best-in-class revenue & go-to-market analytics (first 6–9 months)
Within 9–12 months, design and maintain a best-in-class revenue analytics model that:
Clearly connects pipeline, bookings, ARR, churn, expansion, and CAC to financial outcomes
Surfaces leading indicators for revenue performance and risk
Supports scenario planning (growth rates, pricing changes, hiring plans)
Success looks like: Senior leadership can answer “what happens if…” questions quickly and confidently, using shared metrics and assumptions.
-
Become the financial & analytical sparring partner to team leads (first year)
Refine and continuously improve key performance indicators across all teams and become sparring partner to ~10–12 team leads by:
Translating financial results into actionable insights for non-financial leaders
Identifying performance risks, inefficiencies, and upside opportunities
Enabling team leads to understand how their decisions affect revenue, margin, and cash
Success looks like: Team leads actively seek your input for planning, prioritization, and trade-off decisions — not just during budgeting cycles.
-
Enable sustainable growth and financial discipline (ongoing)
Support Luminovo’s growth trajectory by ensuring:
Financial discipline scales alongside headcount and revenue
Early visibility into cash flow, margin, and unit economics risks
Identify and develop funding sources for further growth (e.g. loans, grants), or enable senior leadership during equity fundraising
Success looks like: The company grows fast without surprises — financially, operationally, or structurally.
-
Lead and develop a high-impact Finance Team (ongoing)
Within 12 months, transition into the full team lead of 2 direct reports in Finance. Continuously guide and develop your directs on their professional progression journeys. You never hire too much for what can be an automation, and never miss hiring enough for what should be done by humans.
Set clear ownership and success metrics for each role
Ensure the team and the team’s skills scale with company growth…
… by always balancing the need for additional headcount with the desire for deeper technical abilities (e.g. improved work automations, enablement through LLMs).
Success looks like: The team operates autonomously on core processes, freeing the manager to focus on strategic analysis and leadership-level problem solving. The team stays lean, but always impactful across all of Luminovo.
