🤝 What we promise beyond salary
🧠 We greatly value psychological safety and honest feedback. We always expect you to speak up and share your ideas about what we can improve within the company, and take these views to heart.
💬 We do routine 1:1's with your supervisor, retrospectives, and insight hours to make sure we are constantly getting better at what we do, all while fostering employee mental health and wellbeing.
💡 Professional development is something strongly encouraged by Luminovo, so there are no fixed budgets when it comes to things that will further your professional growth (education, trainings etc.). Make a case for it, and we usually say yes!
🤸 We offer a flexible working environment (fully-remote, hybrid, and on-site in Munich), and appreciate everyone managing their working hours to achieve their ideal work-life integration.

🚀 Your opportunity
We're 85 people today and adding 15-30 people in the next 6 months across Europe and North America, with heavy focus on GTM roles that will define our growth trajectory.
You'll take the front-line seat for talent acquisition operations at Luminovo, running (and owning) the full recruiting engine for our Go-to-Market organization.
This isn't about posting jobs and waiting for applications—you'll architect a proactive, AI-assisted outbound recruiting strategy that applies the same rigor we use in sales: lead engineering, qualification frameworks, and systematic pipeline building.
Working closely with Hannah (People Lead), you'll develop Luminovo's recruiting capabilities around Ashby, build qualification frameworks influenced by SPICED and Winning by Design, and ensure every face-to-face interaction with candidates creates maximum value. You're not just filling seats—you're matching ambitious talent with the right growth opportunities and long-term progression paths at Luminovo.

Implementation Managers to scale our customer onboarding team
Apply sales methodology to recruiting
Use SPICED-influenced discovery to understand candidate situation, pain, and impact
Master the performance-based hiring approach pioneered by Lou Adler

⚡️ Skills, knowledge, and expertise
Just so you know – apart from the language requirements, we purposefully did not create a standard list of minimum qualifications here.
Instead of describing the ideal candidate, we describe the job to be done. Relevant qualifications can come in various shapes and forms, and we want to encourage anyone to apply who thinks they could successfully meet the performance objectives for this role.
If you're interested to find out more about why we banned requirements from our performance profiles – see here.
