We want to offer compensation that aligns with industry standards.
To maintain a transparent and fair approach to compensation, the salary ranges for all positions are determined based on market benchmarks and a comprehensive leveling framework.
Please, note that the salary ranges for this job might differ in other countries within our +/- 2h time zone remote work area!
π€ What we promise beyond salary
π§ We greatly value psychological safety and honest feedback. We always expect you to speak up and share your ideas about what we can improve within the company, and take these views to heart.
π¬ We do routine 1:1's with your supervisor, retrospectives, and insight hours to make sure we are constantly getting better at what we do, all while fostering employee mental health and wellbeing.
π‘ Professional development is something strongly encouraged by Luminovo, so there are no fixed budgets when it comes to things that will further your professional growth (education, trainings etc.). Make a case for it, and we usually say yes!
π€Έ We offer a flexible working environment (fully-remote, hybrid, and on-site in Munich), and appreciate everyone managing their working hours to achieve their ideal work-life integration.
πΆ When it comes to our take on parent support, Luminovo happily contributes to the childcare costs of Luminerds.
πΈ We're excited to revolutionize the electronics industry β and we want you to be too. That's why all full-time Luminerds receive attractive virtual stock option packages.
π The performance objective
Within your first 90 days, you will own the complete data preparation process for OEM customer demos and onboardings β reducing demo prep time from 2 hours to under 30 minutes per customer, and cutting onboarding time to first value by 50%.
πͺπ½ What success looks like
Month 1:
Independently prepare 3+ custom OEM demo environments per week with real customer data
Shadow 5+ customer onboarding sessions and document the data upload process
Month 3:
Own end-to-end demo data preparation for the entire OEM sales pipeline
Contribute to 2+ successful customer onboardings via independent data cleaning & upload, allowing OEMs to gain meaningful insights within Luminovo
Reduce average onboarding completion time by at least 30%
Create documentation that allows another person to replicate your work
Develop and test hypotheses how the OEM sales and onboarding data management can be (semi-)automated
Month 6:
Become the go-to expert for OEM data patterns and insights
Train Account Executives on demo preparation best practices
Identify and implement at least one scalable improvement to the onboarding process
Handle 80% of OEM data preparation work without escalation
-
Implement automation to increase scalability of the process
βοΈ The work you'll actually do
Transform messy customer data (BOMs, component lists, pricing data) into compelling demo environments that showcase pricing insights and benchmarking capabilities
Support new OEM customers during onboarding by cleaning and uploading their scattered data when internal resources are limited
Build reusable demo templates and data sets that reduce future preparation time
Document common data patterns, edge cases, and solutions
Collaborate directly with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to understand customer needs
-
Flag product gaps or process inefficiencies that slow down customer success
π«΅π½ You're the right fit if...
You're genuinely curious about how companies make sourcing and pricing decisions
You can look at a messy Excel file and instinctively start organizing it in your head
You've previously turned chaos into structure β whether in a student job, side project, or academic work
You're comfortable learning new software tools quickly and finding workarounds when things don't work perfectly
You communicate clearly and can explain technical concepts to non-technical people. English is a must. German a bonus, but not strictly required.
You're proactive β you see something broken and you fix it without being asked
-
You're available for 15-20 hours per week during German business hours
ππ½ββοΈ What you'll learn
How B2B enterprise sales and customer success actually work
The electronics manufacturing and sourcing industry
How to transform raw data into business insights
Customer onboarding and implementation best practices
How early-stage companies build scalable processes from scratch

π€ Whom youβll be working with
Clifton, our VP Global Sales
Sebastian, one of our founders, who leads the Revenue department
Catha, our Chief of Staff, who also drives process excellence in the Revenue teams
Inga, our Pioneer AE for our new product offering for OEM in the DACH market
Max and his RevOps team, who are responsible for our CRM system (HubSpot) and supporting our sellers with dashboards, GTM engineering, enablement sessions, and more
-
In addition to your colleagues in Marketing & Customer Success, you'll also have touchpoints with our product teams to stay on top of our product roadmap and exchange customer and industry insights.
β‘οΈ Skills, knowledge, and expertise
Just so you know: We purposefully did not create a standard list of minimum qualifications for this role. We care much more about your motivation and ability to help us accelerate technical progress than we care just about your CV. If you're interested in finding out more about why we banned requirements from our performance profiles, see here.
