Worldover is one of the best places for talented young people to work. We want everyone else to know that too.
That’s the goal. And we’re looking for the person who’ll help us achieve that, as a Talent Specialist.
Up to this point, our hiring has been founder-led. Our philosophy is simple: we look for young and exceptional outliers early on in their careers, and fast track them into positions they wouldn’t have access to anywhere else. That philosophy isn’t going to change any time soon. It’ll simply become your responsibility, as well as ours.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing talent
- Building talent pipelines
- Running interview processes
- Building out our attraction efforts, including the way we show up on Uni campuses
- Creating a flow of top quality talent into Worldover
Our aim is for Worldover to be the best place in the UK for the top graduates & people early in their careers to join.
You will be one of those people. You’ll also be owning the role of bringing those people in. You’ll be focused on finding and recruiting the best of the best, as well as developing our employer brand (with the support of our marketing team).

- Trust: You will be trusted to drive progress, work independently, and push the company forward. We don’t micromanage; we trust you to bring your best every single day.
- Diligence: Hard work is non-negotiable here. We believe in sustained effort, focus, and getting the job done, even when it’s tough. We’re not about unnecessary hours, but we are about doing whatever it takes to achieve our goals.
- Excellence: We recruit the best talent and set big, ambitious goals. You’ll be expected to reach new heights and hold yourself and the team to high standards.
- Commitment: You are fully committed to the mission and the challenge we’ve set. While we value balance, this company should play a crucial role in your life.
- Respect: We have a zero-tolerance policy for negativity. We create an inclusive, respectful, and challenging environment where everyone’s unique background and ideas are celebrated.
Benefits
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays to ensure you have the time you need to relax and recharge.
- Pension Scheme with Smart Pension, with 3% from us, 1% from you—we’re committed to your future.

- Standard Working Hours: 9am-6pm, with flexibility to ensure work-life balance.
- Learning & Development: We invest in your growth.
