About the Role

The Product Implementation Associate helps to build the Worldover platform as our customers experience it. Bridging the gap between Sales and Engineering in our process, you’re responsible for providing customised software to each of our customers. You’ll listen to what they need from Worldover, then translate that into the solutions we offer them.

You’ll be working very closely with customers during the sales process to shape the right solution for them, lead the implementation of that solution, and maintain long-term ownership of the relationship. The goal of this role is to reduce time to value, achieve consistency and repeatability in our implementation process, and build relationships with our customers that will continue for years to come.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Solution Design

Work alongside sales to understand customer needs, and define the right platform configuration before customers sign the contract.

  • Attend discovery and solution calls with prospective customers.

  • Configure an initial working solution aligned to the customer use case.

  • Ensure implementation readiness prior to contract signature.

  • Identify risks, dependencies and data readiness requirements.

Implementation and Platform Launch

Own the transition from signed contract to live platform, and ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes as soon as possible.

  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation planning

  • Guide customers through data preparation and migration activities

  • Coordinate internal teams including Product, Engineering and Support

  • Drive timely go live, and early adoption

Customer Success and Relationship Ownership

Build strong customer relationships and ensure customers receive ongoing value from the Worldover platform.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

  • Deliver onboarding sessions and training.

  • Monitor customer engagement and platform usage.

  • Resolve customer issues in partnership with Support and Product teams.

Retention and Growth

Support long-term revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand customer value.

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.

  • Support renewal planning and risk management.

  • Align customer goals with product capabilities.

  • Contribute to revenue retention and growth targets.

Process Improvement and Product Feedback

Help build scalable delivery processes, and provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

  • Document repeatable onboarding and implementation workflows.

  • Share structured feedback on product usability and configuration.

  • Contribute to the development of standard templates and solution pathways.

  • Support the evaluation of customer success processes as the business grows.

Who are you?

If you think you’d be exceptional in this role, we’d like to hear from you regardless of your background. But, as a general guide, here’s what we’re looking for.

  • Experience in Customer Success, Implementation or Solutions roles

  • 3+ years of experience, working in either a customer facing or product role in a software/tech environment

  • Adept in communication and relationship management

  • Equal parts commercial, technical, and interpersonal.

  • Structured problem solver, clear process thinker.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, fast-evolving environment.

Even better if:

  • You’ve had exposure to regulated industries like consumer goods, chemicals, life sciences or manufacturing.

  • You have experience supporting customers during software onboarding or configuration.

  • You’ve worked closely with Sales or Product teams before.

  • You’re familiar with workflow driven/configurable software platforms.
